CASH 2010 covers every aspects of a service organisation, from the initial enquiry, developing the sale using automated estimating tools and creating highly professional proposals, specifications and quotations, through installation with job profitability measurement, to preventative maintenance cycles and breakdown repairs. CASH builds a database of customers, sites, installed equipment and maintenance schedules.

Service engineers can use the OnCall module which uses PDAs, Smartphones or tablet computers to speed up the whole process and eliminate the delays of the paperchase. The first time fix rate is improved using the service history and parts used. The customer signature is captured and CASH can automatically create and email a copy of the signed job sheet to the customer.

Throughout the entire lifecycle, customer service is improved, SLAs measured and invoices automated resulting in better cash flow. Processes are streamlined, delays and paper eliminated and improved engineer efficiency means more billable work achieved  - all of which adds up to a massive competitive advantage.

CASH 2010 Service Director : the ‘Core’ module
CASH 2010 Service Director is a complete business management system for service companies which does everything you need to run the business. It handles all Customer, Site and installed Equipment records, Planned Maintenance Schedules and Charges, Service Calls recording, prioritisation, resolution recording, pricing and invoicing. Inbuilt electronic filing cabinet for documents, plans, emails. Unlimited notes and integration to ‘To-Do List’ Reminder Diary.

Customer and Site records 
One customer can have many sites, record the information once and it’s available everywhere

Contact records 
Keep track of everybody you deal with at sites and head office. Track your conversations, emails, estimates and specifications.

System and Equipment records 
Record what’s installed at sites, even down to serial number if required. Set SLAs for response at system level. Track warranty and replacement parts used on service calls.

Maintenance schedules 
Allow the system to plan scheduled maintenance month by month. Reserve service engineers time and book appointments with sites if necessary. Generate automated invoices for maintenance and manage payments.

Service Calls 
Take inbound service calls and log them, understand time limits to meet SLA, assign priorities and optionally allocate to an engineer. Progress calls through to completion, allocation of charges and invoicing.

Pricing and Invoicing

CASH OnCall Mobile Modules
CASH has excellent connectivity for the mobile work force.  OnCall sends call information to field engineers, enabling them to record time spent, parts used and a customer signature on their PDAs.  Our integrated vehicle tracking shows engineers' locations in relation to sites requiring service.  Travelling Sales enables transmission to and synchronisation of sales enquiries on sales staffs' laptops or tablet PCs in the field.

Invoicing and Accounts integration
CASH produces invoices from a number of sources - job-costing (installation and stage invoicing), manual invoices (and credit notes), automatic invoices for recurring charges such as maintenance, and automatic invoices for Call-outs.  CASH links to a number of Accounting systems, but is particularly well integrated with the Sage Accounting products.
