CASH has a number of features and modules designed especially for Alarm and Security Installers, including the ability to record URNs, calculate police response levels and produce False Alarm and response analyses for the NSI.

invoicing & accounts

CASH produces invoices from a number of sources - job-costing (installation and stage invoicing), manual invoices (and credit notes), automatic invoices for recurring charges such as maintenance, and automatic invoices for Call-outs. CASH links to a number of Accounting systems, but is particularly well integrated with the Sage Accounting products through their SDOs.

The Administration modules are designed to make CASH users more efficient in their routine daily tasks - Cabinet for saving and retrieving your documents efficiently and easily, Telephony integration (dial-out and pop-up incoming), Multi-company, Quick-Address integration and Reminder Diary.

With an increasing number of fire system and equipment installers using CASH, a number of features have been added to meet their requirements. The "Serviced Items" module allows you to hold a list of items (and their locations) to be serviced.

CASH has it own Stock module (multi-location for Vans, etc.)as well as Purchase Ordering, Job Costing and Bill of Materials modules, all fully integrated into the system.

CASH Mobile Modules

CASH has excellent connectivity for the mobile work force. OnCall sends call information to field engineers, enabling them to record time spent, parts used and a customer signature on their PDAs. Our integrated vehicle tracking shows engineers' locations in relation to sites requring service. Travelling Sales enables transmission to and synchronisation of sales enquiries on sales staffs' laptops or tablet PCs in the field.

advanced Security featureS

CASH is delivered with simple log-in security controls which allow you to restrict who can access which areas of the system. The High Security module extends this allowing you to control who can access, view or update every button and group of fields within the system. The Audit Trail lets you see exactly who has changed what and when for all or selected fields. Finally, the secure Remote Access module lets you give your customers access to their own data only, say to log their own calls and view thier own sites and call history.
